Currently RSCM is owned by two partners who manage the affairs on full- time daily basis. Employees’ number is under 10 on full and part time basis. However, for each particular project the company can expand its management personnel for up to 20 and involve up to 100 of promo-personnel.

Vlas and Galina enjoy the support of a cadre of seasoned full-time professionals, who have one of the largest proprietary project-based employee databases in Moscow at their fingertips.
